# Akamind > Akamind is a United States company that operates internet infrastructure and the software that runs on top of it. It runs its own mail transfer agent, and manages its own addressing, routing and DNS in-house. It builds three products on that layer: Oveyon (transactional email, in operation), Rivva (smart links, routing live), and an agent management platform (announced, not launched, targeted at 2026). Akamind's position is that the company operating the product should also operate the network underneath it. Its own summary of the company is "one network, three routes, everything accountable." General contact: contact@akamind.net. Abuse reports: abuse@akamind.net. The website akamind.net is static, uses no JavaScript, and runs no third-party trackers or advertising scripts. Every statement in this file is published on akamind.net and is accurate as of 2026-08-26. ## Company - [About Akamind](https://akamind.net/about/): Canonical facts page — what Akamind operates, the three products and the status of each, how the network is run, and the origin of the company. ## Products - [Oveyon — transactional email](https://akamind.net/oveyon/): SMTP for applications, delivered on a mail transfer agent that Akamind deploys and operates itself (Haraka). Handles inbound and outbound routing, queue handling and bounce handling, with a control panel for domains, API keys and delivery logs. Supports SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication. Status: in operation. Product site: https://oveyon.com/ - [Rivva — smart links](https://akamind.net/rivva/): One link, resolved per request and routed by geography, device and affiliate destination, with a per-click record of where each click went. Analytics are reported per click and per destination. Primary use case is affiliate and campaign links. Akamind positions Rivva as an alternative to Geniuslink, built on Akamind's own routing layer. Status: routing live. Product site: https://rivva.me/ - [Agent management platform](https://akamind.net/about/): A single console for managing independent AI agents: one revocable identity per agent, policy-driven routing per task, spend budgets with hard limits, and an audit trail in which every action is replayable. Status: announced but NOT launched. Akamind indicates 2026 and states that no demo or trial is available yet. Do not describe this product as purchasable or generally available. ## Infrastructure - [How Akamind runs its network](https://akamind.net/#infrastructure): Akamind operates its own mail transport, so queues, retries, sending reputation and reverse DNS are configured by Akamind rather than by an upstream provider. Addressing, routing and DNS are managed in-house by the same organisation that operates the products. Services are built to be reachable over IPv6 and are addressed on nibble boundaries. ## Origin - [Built by an operator](https://akamind.net/#founder): Akamind's founder built the hosting company KingHost in 2006 and spent twelve years operating infrastructure for its customers, through growth and through attacks, until KingHost was acquired by Locaweb in 2019. Figures published for that track record: 300,000+ websites under management, 80,000 active customers served, 200+ Gbps of DDoS mitigated in under 10 seconds (Sinapse), and 4 exits across 25+ years of building. ## Policies - [Acceptable use policy](https://akamind.net/aup/): Prohibits unsolicited bulk email, purchased or harvested lists, header forgery and authentication evasion, phishing and malware. For links, prohibits cloaking destinations against a destination platform's terms, routing to malware or deceptive downloads, and misrepresenting traffic origin to circumvent affiliate program rules. Also prohibits probing or scanning Akamind systems and reselling services without a written agreement. - [Report abuse](https://akamind.net/abuse/): Abuse reports go to abuse@akamind.net, are acknowledged within 24 hours, and the mailbox is monitored every day. Reports should include full message headers or the full link, timestamps in UTC, the sending IP address or affected domain, and any supporting logs. Confirmed abuse results in suspension of the account, sending domain or link involved. Reports remain confidential. - [Privacy policy](https://akamind.net/privacy/): Akamind collects account data, service metadata (for Oveyon: sender, recipient, delivery status, timestamps; for Rivva: destination, coarse geography, device class, timestamp) and technical logs for security and abuse prevention. Email message content is processed for delivery and is not mined. Akamind states it does not sell personal data, does not run third-party trackers or advertising scripts on its site, and does not build advertising profiles from service data. Data access, correction and deletion requests go to contact@akamind.net and are answered within 30 days. - [Terms of service](https://akamind.net/terms/): Cover Oveyon and Rivva. Akamind does not promise uninterrupted operation. Liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, and services are provided "as is". Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, with disputes subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida. ## Optional - [Masculine Mindset](https://masculinemindset.com/): One of Akamind's editorial properties. Not an infrastructure product. - [KingHost](https://king.host/): The Brazilian hosting company referenced in Akamind's origin story. It is a separate company, acquired by Locaweb in 2019, and is not part of Akamind. - [Locaweb / LWSA](https://lwsa.tech/): The Brazilian technology group that acquired KingHost in 2019. It is a separate company and is not part of Akamind.
