Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to all Akamind Inc. services, including Oveyon and Rivva. By using our services you agree to it. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Prohibited: email

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), regardless of opt-out mechanisms.
• Sending to purchased, rented, or harvested address lists.
• Forging headers, spoofing sender identity, or evading authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Phishing, credential harvesting, or distribution of malware.

Prohibited: links

• Cloaking destinations that violate the destination platform's terms.
• Routing to malware, phishing pages, or deceptive downloads.
• Circumventing affiliate program rules through misrepresentation of traffic origin.

Prohibited: agents and egress

• Rotating or cycling addresses to evade blocking, rate limits, or bans.
• Misrepresenting the origin of traffic, including presenting our egress as residential or mobile, or using it as an anonymization network.
• Ignoring robots.txt, published rate limits, or a destination's terms.
• Credential stuffing, account takeover, or automated access to systems the customer is not authorized to use.
• Subletting, reselling, or routing egress addresses elsewhere.

Prohibited: general

• Any use that violates applicable law in the United States or the user's jurisdiction.
• Attempts to probe, scan, or breach Akamind systems or other users' data.
• Resale of services without written agreement.

How we operate egress

An egress address belongs to one customer at a time and stays with them. We do not rotate addresses, we do not pool them, and we do not let anyone else route them. Every address traces back to a named account on our side, and [email protected] is read by the people who run the network — a report reaches whoever is responsible instead of a queue.

As we bring our own address space into service, each customer's range is registered to that customer in ARIN Whois and published in our geofeed, so a receiving network can tell who is behind an address without having to ask us first.

Enforcement

We investigate reports sent to [email protected] and act on confirmed violations, up to immediate termination. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
