These terms govern use of services operated by Akamind Inc. ("Akamind"), including Oveyon and Rivva. By creating an account or using a service, you agree to them and to the acceptable use policy.

The service

We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. We do not promise uninterrupted operation; we promise honest operation — when something breaks, we say so and fix it.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the services lawfully and within the acceptable use policy.
• Ensure you have the right to send to your recipients and to route your links.

Payment

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use policy. You may close your account at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akamind's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
